I'm to the point where it's time to take the risk and try something new


He is not the answer. After 6 years, we know who he is and what we see this year, is what we have. Barely beat bad teams, lose close ones to good teams, 1 unexpected win a year that turns out to be not such a big deal and a lot of losses that are just not acceptable.

Not gonna change, try something new. May be better, may be the same, may be worse. But you have to try something when you realize that what you are doing isn't going to get better.
